Delivery times vary by scope. A Metro Manila Quick Poll takes about 2 weeks, while a Nationwide Premium survey with face-to-face interviews can take up to 8 weeks from questionnaire approval to final report.
We use multi-stage probability sampling to ensure accurate representation. Depending on the package, we use online panels, computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI), or computer-assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) for face-to-face surveys.
Our national surveys have a ±3% margin of error at a 95% confidence level. We implement strict quality controls, including GPS tracking for field agents, digital fingerprinting for online respondents, and spot-checks on at least 30% of all interviews.
Yes, you can view our public quarterly surveys on the Results page to see our standard reporting format. For commissioned surveys, we provide executive presentations and detailed crosstab analysis.
We accept payments via Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), GCash, Maya, and corporate checks. A 50% deposit is required to commence fieldwork, with the balance due upon report delivery.
